Stellar Rise Enterprise ("Stellar Rise," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it's protected, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

We collect personal data you give us directly:

  • Through our contact form: name, email address, company or LinkedIn URL, and your message.
  • Through our booking scheduler (Calendly): name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, LinkedIn profile URL, company name, and answers to our intake questions.
  • Through email or WhatsApp, if you contact us directly.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The only data set by third parties is set when you actively interact with an embedded tool (our booking scheduler or contact form), as described in Section 3.

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and schedule Founder Authority Audits;
  • Prepare for and deliver the services you've engaged us for;
  • Send updates about work in progress, such as monthly reports; and
  • Occasionally share relevant updates about our services, which you may opt out of at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make our workflow possible, each bound by their own privacy terms:

  • Calendly, Inc. — processes bookings made through our audit scheduler.
  • FormSubmit — forwards contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Email and communication tools we use to correspond with you (e.g. Gmail, WhatsApp).

We may also disclose data if required by Malaysian law or a valid legal request.

4. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and client data for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet accounting or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Withdraw consent to further processing or marketing communications; and
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant Malaysian authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
